The Ultimate Female Fighter Presents News and Info on WMMA and Women's MMA
Ronda Rousey says taking steroids for MMA is criminally negligent
Written by Katrina Belcher

In this video interview, when asked about Cyborg taking steroids, Rousey responds:
“I think that no one is surprised, cause I'm not. And I think that if your taking steroids
in the sport of MMA, it's not like taking steroids in a sport like baseball or something
like that where you take steroids and it results in your able to hit a ball farther than you should.”

She explains further: “But if you take steroids and you actually get in the cage and fight
with people who aren't, it seems criminally negligent. You could really hurt someone like
that and I think it's completely intolerable...”

Her boyfriend, Henry, said: “…if she took some supplement that contained Winstrol in it,
wouldn’t she be trying to clear her name and give as much information to the public as
possible and tell them ‘this is exactly what I was taking, this is it, test it…’ just to clear
her name?!”

In fact Cyborg has offered a statement to the public, explaining her situation. Is Henry
saying she should keep talking about it on a daily basis? Seems to me she’s said what she
had to say – what more does he want?

Henry also said: “She didn’t give any name of any supplement…”

In fact she did – Cyborg has stated she took a diet pill called “Winstrol” (I know...Winstrol
is the name of the actual ingredient, but it's also sold under that name as a product...)
which bodybuilders use to preserve lean body mass and lose fat, on the advice of a friend or trainer.

Ronda Rousey Exclusive Video Interview - Part I

Newest video interview of "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey by Scott Corl of Full Contact Fighter. She talks about shaking up the WMMA scene, twitter wars, and how things will calm down after she beats everyone.

So what do you think - is it a game? Or is it her job to keep things interesting? Armbar or KO? Professional sports vs Olympics: entertaining vs respect? Is she dodging Cyborg by going down to 135lbs. or playing it smart? And is she the Chael Sonnen of Women's MMA?
